My Story
I’ve spent more than 20 years building small and mid-sized brands, growing their marketing and strategy to compete with large brands in the marketplace. I’ve grown marketing departments that were single contributor, scrappy, roll up your sleeves and get it done by doing it myself, to fully robust teams addressing all of the brand needs, not just the most immediate.
I believe in prioritizing goals and taking a methodical approach to growth so that we can learn and leverage our learning along the way. The most fun is identifying the need, setting up the goals and project, and kicking it off. Once it’s running, seeing what we can learn is exciting and allows us to set up the brand to bring in the right people for keeping it going.
